Marta, I’m smiling. You never think how hard it is to make a 2 minute video, it made me appreciate gnooze more. Try getting a 3rd person with a camera and do an episode where he tapes gnooze happening — behind the curtain kind of thing.

Dear Marta -
Self mutilation is never ok.
I know, I know, you bite to feel pain so at least you can feel something. You are dead inside and the pain brings proof of life. PLease please please refrain from inflicitng slef pain - it only serves to furhter your frustration and self rage. As a Doctor, I must insist that you learn to turn the rage outward. This is much more healthy. For instance, next time you are angry and feeling frustrated, wait till Brian is sleeping and superglue his penis to his leg. THis will accomplish two things - 1> It will make a hell of a blooper reel, and 2) you will always have something to look back upon and smile.

(Sorry to throw you under the bus Brian, but desparate times call for deparate measures - and once you get used to the chaffing, It’s really not that bad. In fact, Now when my wife does it to me, I just giggle - well, unless she glues my mouth shut too - then it’s more like “Mffff-hhhh-hhhh-mmm”).
