Diplomats might have to be “volunteered” to head to the war zones, the Mars Lander is delayed by a minor glitch and obesity levels for American kids have stopped rising…maybe. Marta Costello hosts the gnooze [(kinda) (the g is silent)] - today’s top stories in about 3 minutes.
Marta and Brain are the Best!-
For bring the Gnooze back after a rest.
We would NEVER complain!
You’re like Hugs to our Brain.
(And your hair wasn’t even a mess!).
OK - I have like 3 minutes between exams…
Comeon now…
Welcome home.

The obesity “epidemic” has always been a smaller problem than the food prudes think. Some degree of flabbiness is a manageable side effect of national prosperity. I get pissed off when people worry too much about this stuff. But that’s me.
As for you, Marta, you definitely get an A for effort.
It is so cool to see a new episode (sorta kinda) of the Gnooze! Hope you find the box with your microphone soon! (I know that I was still finding “lost” stuff in the bottoms of boxes or the backs of closets six months after my last move … hope it doesn’t take you as long!)
Marta,……So glad you’re back. Hair looks great. I send this site to everyone, even my daughter! She’s an adult parole officer so the entire office (which infuriates her boss)listens constantly trying to catch up on past episodes. And,….I heard that when his secratary walked in he quickly turned his monitor off but he was watching, just hidding it. Great Job!

You have a new fan…ME!!!!!I love your show!!..Dont worry about the ligts, mic or you hair…You are looking and doin just fine..Keep up the great work!!!!
Yes, the ‘A’ for effort is a shoo-in,
the ‘E’ for effort also. You don’t look bedraggled
and forlorn any more, but thanks for sharing those
pics with us. It was a kind of ongoing human interest story (showing you human-ness is completely good with me.)
I went through a move that seemed Herculean about five years back, and still haven’t got
all my stuff situated. But after about 40 years of accumulation of much junk, I feel lucky if I can still load it and not injure something.
I wish I could have voted more on your I-net
video contest, but my computer packed up its power supply right about when it was the most valuable for voting. (SNAP!!)
If I might make a suggestion about the sound,
I think it would make you sound really ‘way more’ professional ( ‘waymore;’ that’s professional talk, honey) if you ran that lost microphone (when you find it) through a little preamp-compressor-limiter-gate processor before recording. There are some that don’t cost the world. I love your enthusiasm but the peaks are very loud, and sometimes I miss the sarcasm when the voice goes low…not that I’ll quit ‘tuning in’ for such a petty criticism.
Yeah, “A” for effort!
You’re missed…
xxx T.

A PLUS++++++ way to make an attempt. It’s a little bit like being a crackhead and only getting half your fix. But, I digress.
